    It was trip and we would like to come again. The hotel was clean, there were very very helpful staff and satisfactory breakfasts. Twin room was luxury and modern. The bed was spacious, the amenities included a safe, a minibar, iron and ironing board.

    The hotel staff was kind of rude.

    The hotel is a beautiful shell, but don't be fooled. It took forever for my room to be ready, and when I arrived, it was not even cleaned properly. I expected a complimentary upgrade, but I suppose everyone gets to be treated the same way here. The pool area was neglected as well. I just couldn't leave a good review.

    Family vacation with some quirks

    Got great service from the front desk, especially from a guy named Mr Mayank who really were very good too. The breakfast team was flawless, especially Babu at the omelet station serving up some smiles and good food.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess that's to be expected for the experience.
